QMP 80 series
Press-in unit with brushless, electronically controlled
servo motor, digital force sensor, length (stroke) sensor
and LED status display.
Available in the basic version with 200 mm, 300 mm
or 500 mm stroke.
Available nominal joining forces: 2,5 kN, 5 kN, 10 kN, 20 kN
and 25 kN in execution press, pull or press & pull.
- Servo motor, motor mounted vertical
- Direct acting force sensor, directly integreated
in the plunger - Force accuracy: 0,5 % of the final value
- Stroke sensor (absolut encoder) directly mounted
to the ball screw - Stroke repeat accuracy: 0,01 mm by about 20 mm/s
- Resolution stroke measurement: 0,003 mm
- Status reports (OK/NOK) via illuminated field
- Speed: max. 200 mm/s – in both directions continuous adjustable
